Rüfət said… - Well, it's strange that I couldn't find an appropriate information in English about the higher education in Azerbaijan. The webpage of the Ministry of Education doesn't hold the content in English. Anyway, majority of universities are public, but they somehow independent with their private policy. we have also number of private universities and schools. British and american schools are the expensive ones (about 12.000 per year).

- Hi man. Good to hear from you. Sorry for a delayed response as I was in Germany and had limited access to internet. Well, the globe turns crazy; this crisis hits every country and hopfully Azerbaijn is not the exceptional one. We fell the recession like others do. The price for oil can't be recovered to the point that it was a year ago ($100 per barrel). As the oil revenues are the major part of the country's budget we suffer and wait until the prices go up.

- I personally love to travel accross the country. Ganca is really a nice city that could keep the historical environment through the ages.

- Man, Happy New Year to you. Yes, they amended the constitution and since now he can be reelected more that two times. But I am not sure that armenians started to scare of him because he has become stronger. Even the army budget is bigger than the entire budget of Armenia but Armenia is always been supported by Russian.

- You are right. My grandfather came to north from Ardabil in 20's and never had a chance to visit motherland until he died. He studied medicine in Baku and worked in rural areas. Those time were tough till end of 80's. Even Ustad Shahriyar was refused to visit Baku.
